In the diet segment, it is not about traditional dieting it is more about educating you on things that bloat you and picking healthier alternatives. For the exercise portion, you should incorporate aerobic exercises as well as abdominal exercises. I walk you through a beginning ab routine that you can do 3 times a week (or more if you want).
