Today I’m sharing my famous Turtle Smoothie for Smoothie Tuesday. It combines pecans, hemp milk, carmel gelato, and caramel sauce for a deliciously decadent treat.

CK Hall, Independent Consultant with the Pampered Chef shared her morning smoothie: 1/4 cup oatmeal ground to flour in my Vitamix. Add 1 cup flaxmilk, 2 tbsp PB2, 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (I like Ghiradelli super dark), 1/2 frozen banana, and 4 large frozen strawberries! Blend and enjoy!

Southern Cooking Light shared Tropical Smoothie’s Blimey Limey! Here is a similar recipe for this limey goodness!
Blimey Limey Smoothie
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
4 large fresh strawberries
1/4 cup dole brand fresh pineapple
1/8 cup limeade (1 oz)
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate (2 oz)
Put all ingredients in blender and add ice (about a cup). Blend until smooth. Makes 2 12 oz serviings.

The Tastress shared her Blueberry Banana Smoothie. Just mix 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries, 1 Large Banana & 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk.
Green Smoothie: Fruity Kale Delight from Vegetarian Mamma
Your Child’s Food shared and Orange Julius. Simply blend 1 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, and 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk. For my daughter, who can’t have orange, I substituted frozen blueberries for the orange juice.
