Today I’m sharing a Chakra Fruit Smoothie for Smoothie Tuesday. If you love fruit and want to eat the colors of the rainbow, this smoothie is for you.

CK Hall, Independent Consultant with The Pampered Chef (R) one of her favorites! Mix 1/4 cup organic oatmeal (whizzed in blender to make a flour first). Then add in 2 tablespoons of PB2 (ground peanut butter without the oil!), 1 tablespoon organic chocolate powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup flaxmilk (or milk of choice), 1/2 frozen banana, 4 frozen strawberries!

Moore Or Less Cooking shared her Banana and Kiwi Smoothie
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons maple syrup, optional
Combine all of the banana, kiwi, yogurt, ice, and syrup in a blender and whir together until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
