I’m sharing my Chocolate Hazelnut Power Smoothie today. It is rich and creamy and has lots of good nutritional “stuff” in it to help power through your day.

Anabelle Boyle shared a Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie. Ingredients: 1/2 cup water or almond milk, 2 tbls almond butter or peanutbutter, 1 tbls natural fruit preserves, one scoop clean protien powder and truvia/stevia to taste!
