I’m sharing my Chocolate Honey Almond Protein Smoothie today. I made a Gluten Free Chocolate Honey Almond Pie a few weeks ago and was craving it again…but instead of waiting the 5 hours for it to set, I made a smoothie instead and put some Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein powder in for good measure.
We had a fantastic turn out for today’s Smoothie Tuesday. There were so many delicious recipes shared that it is going to be hard trying to decide which one to try first.
Check out what everyone brought and if you try one be sure to report back here as well as with who shared their smoothie delight.

Maha’s Fine Egyptian Cuisine brought a Guava Smoothie. Blend with Yogurt or vanilla ice cream with little bit of sugar or honey and voila… With Guava you got double the calcium needed. It is a delicious & healthy fruit. If you decided to go with fresh Guava, as we used to do in Egypt, you chop the guavas into medium size chunks with its seeds and all then blend with your choice of either milk or yogurt then strain it through a fine sieve to catch all the seeds because they do not blend away, then you’ve got a wonderful smoothie to enjoy.
