3/4 C Almond Milk
1 C Frozen Mized Organic Berries
1 TBS Honey
2 TBS Chia Seed Mixture – (1/4 Cup Chia Seeds soaked in 1 Cup Almond Milk covered overnight)
Blend until smooth & enjoy!
Coconut Strawberry Banana Smoothie from Tickling Palates
50/50 Orange Smoothie by Wonky Wonderful
Yoga Seed PDX shared a Coconut Green Smoothie. Ingredients:
6 oz unsweetened coconut milk
2 oz orange juice
1 tbs raw coconut flour
1 tsp coconut oil
handful of organic spinach
4 leaves of organic kale
1/4 tsp probiotic powder
small handful of each: blueberries, strawberries & mango (all organic)
