This is a compilation of smoothie recipes shared on Project Healthy Ever After’s Facebook page for Smoothie Tuesday #20. If you missed previous Smoothie Tuesdays, you can check out the smoothie recipes here.
Today I’m sharing a Pear Banana Cinnamon Smoothie. It combines pears (which are sweet and juicy not to mention in-season), bananas (love those too and they are full of potassium, dietary fiber and vitamins C and B6) and cinnamon (which is anti-bacterial, helps lower cholesterol and aids in blood sugar regulation).
And without further ado, here are the other smoothie recipes shared today. Go check out all of the yumminess.
