Nana Michelle Aloha Recipes shares Kasia’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time Breakfast Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup of strawberry 100% fruit spread
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup milk
drizzle of honey
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and use an Immersion blender to blend until smooth and then pour and enjoy!
Noshing with the Nolands shares this smoothie tip: Use flavored ice cubes made with coconut water or sugar free juices to add more flavor and not much calories to your smoothies.
